Who we are ?
Terra-Lex is an independent boutique law firm, founded by Mehdi Berbagui, which is registered both with the bar organizations of Paris (France) and Algiers (Algeria). The Firm offers high value services, by combining legal expertise and practical work experience.
The structure also emphasises a closeness and transparency with its clients, who are updated in real-time, as the case goes along.
If you do have economic or patrimonial interests in France or in Algeria, we are able to support in order to assert them.
Mehdi Berbagui Esq
The founding member
The Firm was established by Mehdi Berbagui Esq. who is admitted before the bar councils of Paris (since 2012) and Algiers (since 2013).
Mehdi is graduated from the Universities of Algiers and Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
He has also spent some time at the Faculty of Law of Cambridge (UK) back in 2009 in order to complete a research dissertation under the theme the protection of the legitimate reliance in both French and English domestic contract laws.
After being graduated, Mr. Berbagui worked for a while in first-rank business law firms in Algiers and Paris.
